Why was this site created?

I embarked on my own health journey and discovered that the centralized healthcare system is not designed to address the root cause of disease. It instead focuses on profit driven, temporary solutions that only treat symptoms and ultimately lead to more issues, as the root cause is never addressed. There are many upstream and inexpensive ways to heal, and my goal is to share what I've learned and empower you to reclaim your health.

How Do I use this site?

The goal of this website is to equip you with sufficient information for self healing. Below, I've organized the information I have found most valuable in my healing journey. You can click each topic and will be directed to a substack post that goes into more detail. Begin with the topmost priority and proceed downwards. It's important to grasp the foundational concepts first. Each foundational group contains tiers, with tier 1 being the most important followed by subsequent tiers. You could start by going through all tier 1 information before moving to tier 2. Reviewing everything might seem overwhelming, but every bit is important, regardless of the sequence. What Inspired this information?

I have been on a long health journey, spending thousands of hours reading books, web articles, newsletters, and listening to podcasts.
